Fenrir's Blessing
The worshiping of the wolf god Finrir has long been frowned upon, but for those who are willing to take the risk, greatness and power awaits.
How to obtain Fenrir's Blessing.
A person might obtain Fenrir's blessing if, and only if, they are willing to throw away the life that they currently have, and preform the ritual prayer.
Items Needed - 1 silver knife with the face of a wolf carved into the blade, and bound in the leather of a bull elk for protection. 1 large slab of venison as payment to Fenrir for his graciousness. 1 wolf fang.
The Ritual Prayer - One should travel high into the mountains, to the tallest peak they can find. Upon that peak they should strip themselves of all clothing. Taking the silver knife from it's leather binding, the person requesting Fenrir's blessing should take the blade firmly, slashing deeply into their forearm. The blood should be allowed to flow freely onto the slab of venison, while the wolf fang is used, along with the person's own blood, to paint four lines across their bare chest. The representation of Fenrir's claws. They must, at this time, hold the fang to the sky, and recite the following prayer.
Fenrir's Prayer
Fenrir grohiik rah do nir
ofanaat zey voth hin sos
Zu'u hind wah mindok suleyk ahrk stin
enfan voknau zey hin kogaan
tol Zu'u aal ru voth hi
tol zu'u aal nir voth hi
tol zu'u aal kos ol gein voth hi
orkiin do hin fron
(The prayer is written in an ancient language, pretty much unspoken in the era in which this role play takes place)
Once the prayer is completed, if Fenrir has heard their prayer, claws of lightning will flash from the sky, striking the ground all around them, rendering them unconscious. Once they regain their senses, they will no longer be bleeding. The blood on their chest would have vanished, and the wound on their forearm healed. The slab of blood smeared venison will be gone. Giant canine paw prints will mar the nearby snow, where lightning struck the ground.
The blessing has not yet been given though.
The Worthy
The person would then have to prove themselves worthy. In order to do this, the person who had preformed the prayer would need to go into the forest prepared to hunt. They would not be after any regular prey, but be searching for a single figure. It could take days, weeks, or even months to appear, but if the person has proven themselves worthy, and stuck with their hunt, Fenrir will send his blessing in the form of a great white stag. The stag will not be easy to hunt, as it will only allow a fleeting glimpse before running away. Only the best of trackers will be able to keep up with it. The chase will last for hours, but once the stag has become weary, it will turn and face it's pressure. It will put up a fight. This stag must be killed bare handed. No tools, no knives or blades, no arrows, only one's hands and teeth should be used in it's slaughter. Once this stag has been killed, the person must then consume it's flesh and meat, taking the blessing into their body. Any wounds obtained during the struggle will be healed once more, and the person will immediately begin their transformation. It will not be easy or pleasant, as the pain of breaking bones and twisting muscle will become nearly unbearable. An overload of senses, sights, sounds, smells, and the taste of blood will be maddening. Anyone who survives this first transformation is lucky, as many have perished within it's process.
Those who do survive though, will have a life blessed with the power of Fenrir. The ability to transform into a beastly form at will. The first transformation is the only one that hurts, from then on, it comes with ease and comfort. What they do with this blessing is purely up to them.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Curse
Only a werewolf with Fenrir's blessing has the ability to curse a human. It isn't taken lightly, since the curse is considered even by Fenrir's blessed as something of evil.
How To Curse - While in wolf form, a werewolf with Fenrir's blessing would bite the human that they wanted to curse in a non-vital spot. Usually an arm or leg. They would then proceed to use their claws to carve the curse rune into the human's body. Normally this is done in a place that would be hidden well under clothing, like the chest, back, or thigh. They would then bite open their own flesh, usually just a small nick on the hand or arm, and allow their own blood to drip into the marks left by their bite. This step is key, the sharing of blood, combined with the curse rune, will seal the curse.
The Curse Rune
From that point on, the human that had received the curse would be subject to excruciatingly painful transformations on the night in which the moon was at it's fullest. Driven to attack and kill anything that moves, even their own kind.
NOTICE: ONE CANNOT BECOME A BLESSED IF THEY ARE ALREADY CURSED.

Odin's Just
A somewhat secretive organization of werewolf hunters that meet up on the dawn of the day before every full moon in the abandoned silver mine to discuss matters of importance, and to ready themselves for the hunt. They usually do not care which type of werewolf they are hunting, and will likely kill them indiscriminately. They see werewolves as dangerous and unnatural creatures, and wish to dispose of them in Odin's name. Codeword: Blue
Very few of Fenrir's blessed have escaped their wrath or earned enough of their trust to survive, but even then they are watched closely, and regarded as depraved animals.
Tools Of The Trade - Odin's Just often use iron blades with silver embedded into the fuller, as well as silver tipped arrows and daggers. Another useful tool that they craft themselves are silver tipped blow-darts. The tips crafted with barbs, and designed to break away when the body of the dart is pulled away from the flesh. These do however, often fail to penetrate the werewolves thick skin.
